Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to provide Genlua, including:

• Your email address and account details, used to sign in
• Subscription status and usage metering, so we can track your plan allowance and bill correctly
• Basic diagnostic and usage telemetry from the app (such as feature usage and error reports), used to keep Genlua working

When you use AI features, your prompt and relevant pieces of your project (such as code the agent needs to read) are sent to our cloud service and processed by our third-party AI infrastructure providers to generate a response. This processing is transient: it happens to answer your request.

We do not keep or use your prompts, code, or generated output to improve Genlua unless you choose to send them to us, for example by submitting a problem report (see below).

If something goes wrong, such as a misgeneration or a bug, you can submit a problem report from inside the app. A report is entirely voluntary, and the app shows you what it includes before you send it. A report may contain:

• Your prompt and the response the agent produced
• The file or files involved in the problem
• Diagnostic information about the session

We use problem reports to investigate the issue and to evaluate and improve Genlua's code generation, tooling, and overall quality. Avoid including secrets (such as API keys) in reported files; review the report contents before sending.

When you subscribe to a paid plan, our third-party payment processor collects and processes your payment information (such as credit card details). We do not store your full payment card information on our servers. Payment processing is handled by Stripe, and their privacy practices govern how your payment data is handled.

Your project files live on your own machine and in your Roblox experience. Genlua does not host or store your codebase or project assets. Code is sent to our cloud only as context for AI requests you make, as described above.

We use the collected information to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Meter usage and process billing
• Communicate with you about our services

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

• With service providers that operate Genlua on our behalf (payment processing, authentication, AI infrastructure)
• When you choose to make information public
• With your consent
• To comply with legal obligations

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections between the app and our cloud and secure credential storage in your operating system's keychain.

Genlua is intended for users aged 13 and over (or the age of digital consent in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children below this age.

We may update this policy from time to time. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
